Where we are:

Sewing and Craft School is in the beautiful village of Wroughton, which is located south of Swindon town centre on the edge of the Marlborough Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty. A 3.5 mile / 15 minute drive from Swindon town centre.

If you are attending a workshop or course where you only need to bring small items with you, then cycling on Swindon’s extensive cycle routes and parking your bicycle at Sewing and Craft School is a very healthy and green option!

M4 - travelling from London to Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire

Follow M4 to Swindon. Take Junction 15 from M4 Junction 15, take the first exit A346 to Marlborough **At the top of the hill, turn right on to B4005/New Road just before the Esso Garage. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on B4005/New Road. Follow the B4005 until you get to a T-junction where you turn right. At the bottom of Brimble Hill, continue straight over the mini roundabout. At the next roundabout (opposite a Co-Op), take the first left in to Wroughton. Straight over mini roundabout. At the next set of traffic lights turn left. (Another! Yes we have two Co-Op’s on the same road in the same village) Co-Op will be on your right after you have turned left. * I suggest you park at the back of the Co-Op, not the car park you first see on the left. The School is located approximately 100 meters away. Directly in front of you (with your back to the shop) there is a house ‘2 Nursery Close’ with flint bricks as part of the build/black front door. Turn left in front of this house and immediately right, so that you are walking down the left side of this house. On your left is 4

terraced houses numbered 2 (bright yellow door), 4, 6, 8, 16 Badgers Brook (green front door) is side on, to No.8. There is a christmas tree by the door step!

M4 - travelling from Wales to Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire

Follow M4 to Swindon. Take Junction 16 from M4 At junction 16, take the 3rd exit A3102/Hay Lane, sign posted Butterfly World.

Take the left turning B4005/Wharf Road to Wroughton, Follow Wharf Road to the very end/traffic lights.

At traffic light, drive straight across; this road goes down the left side of the

Co-op. Follow * from above directions.

A419 from Cirencester

Take A419 follow signs to J15, M4

At J15 Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Marlborough Rd ** Follow same directions as London to Swindon
